Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before the trip: 100% refund

• 7–29 days before the trip: Date changes are allowed; the deposit is non-refundable

• 7 days or less / No-show: No refund

Weather Conditions

• Port closure due to extreme weather: Full refund

• Unfavorable weather but port open: We can reschedule (day or departure time). If you are unable to reschedule, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited

Holiday Exceptions

• This policy does not apply to reservations for Christmas or New Year’s Eve
